Preparation

1.In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

2.Dip each shrimp into the corn flakes mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating. Set aside.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and sliced red chili. Sauté until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.

4.Add the coated shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

5.In the same skillet, add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Stir well to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

6.Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss gently to coat them evenly with the sauce.
