Ingredients

While the original Peruvian ceviche is typically made with lime juice and chili peppers, our Bavarian-style ceviche incorporates the flavors of Bavarian cuisine. We substitute lime juice with a tangy blend of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, and add a touch of German mustard for a unique twist. Additionally, we incorporate traditional Bavarian herbs and spices to enhance the flavors. We alse have the original recipe for Ceviche, so you can check it out.
