Preparation

1.Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Chop the spinach leaves into small pieces.

2.Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.

3.Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.

5.Add the chopped spinach to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until it wilts down.
