Ingredients

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 180C (350F).

    In a large bowl, cream together the coconut oil and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

    Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.

    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

    Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

    Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
