1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

2.In a skillet, cook the Chiapas-style chorizo over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, sauté the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion until softened.

4.Add the chipotle peppers, lime juice, and cooked chorizo to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

5.Place the cleaned clams on a baking sheet. Spoon the chorizo mixture onto each clam.

6.Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of each clam.
