Ingredients
While the original Chinese dim sum is typically steamed or fried, Latvian-style Dim Sum incorporates baking as a cooking method. Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, fresh dill, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing them together. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

4.Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of the dumplings with vegetable oil.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through.

6.Serve the Latvian-style Dim Sum hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
