1.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, cassava flour, coconut milk, garlic, onion, cilantro, soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Take a gyoza wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, sealing the edges by pressing firmly.

3.Repeat the process until all the filling is used.

4.Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the dim sum on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a slightly charred exterior.
