Treat your ingredients with care...
- Ground lamb — Make sure to use lean ground lamb for a healthier option. If you prefer, you can substitute it with ground beef or chicken.
- Feta cheese — Opt for high-quality feta cheese for the best flavor. If you're not a fan of feta, you can substitute it with goat cheese or ricotta.
Tips & Tricks
- To save time, you can prepare the filling in advance and refrigerate it until ready to use.
- If you prefer a healthier option, you can bake the dumplings in the oven instead of frying them. Simply brush them with olive oil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serving advice
Serve the Greek-style dim sum as an appetizer or part of a meze platter. Garnish with fresh herbs, such as mint or parsley, for an extra pop of color and flavor.
Presentation advice
