Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and warm water. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a separate bowl, mix together the ground pork, shrimp, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

4.Place a spoonful of the filling mixture onto the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, creating a small pouch. Pinch the edges to seal.

5.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

6.Place the filled dim sum on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each dim sum with vegetable oil.
