Preparation

1.In a large bowl, combine the flour and warm water. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a separate bowl, mix together the ground pork, shrimp, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork and shrimp mixture and cook until the meat is cooked through. Remove from heat and let it cool.

4.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

5.Place a spoonful of the pork and shrimp filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges of the dough to seal the filling and create a dumpling shape.

6.Repeat the process until all the dough and filling are used.

7.Steam the dumplings in a steamer basket for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through.
