1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, cooked collard greens, cornmeal, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle and press the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

3.Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the dumplings and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
