This adaptation of the Czech dish Dršťková incorporates Indonesian and Indian flavors to create a fusion stew. The original dish traditionally uses beef tripe as the main ingredient, but in this recipe, we replace it with tender beef chunks. 1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
