1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.

2.In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

3.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
