1.In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, chili powder, paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt to make a marinade.

2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
