1.In a large pan, melt the reindeer fat over medium heat.

3.Reduce the heat to low and add the honey, cloudberries, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to combine.

4.Continue cooking on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

5.Remove from heat and pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet or a flat surface lined with parchment paper.
