Ingredients
In this adaptation of the Korean dish Gim gui to Swedish cuisine, we replace the traditional seaweed with salmon, a popular fish in Sweden. The original dish's bold flavors are toned down to suit the Swedish palate, with the addition of a creamy dill sauce that adds a touch of freshness and tanginess. 1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2.In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

3.Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.

4.Meanwhile, prepare the dill sauce by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
