Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Beef — For the best results, choose a tender cut of beef such as sirloin or ribeye and slice it thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness.
  • Onions — Slowly caramelizing the onions will enhance their natural sweetness and add depth of flavor to the dish.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra kick of flavor, add a splash of sesame oil to the sauce.
  • If you prefer a spicier version, sprinkle some red pepper flakes or drizzle sriracha sauce over the finished dish.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables such as mushrooms, bell peppers, or snow peas for added texture and nutrition.
  • To save time, you can use pre-cooked rice or prepare it in advance.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated for a quick and satisfying meal.
