Ingredients
In this Kurdish adaptation, we incorporate flavors commonly found in Kurdish cuisine. The original Japanese Gyūhi is typically made with matcha powder and filled with sweet bean paste. We alse have the original recipe for Gyūhi, so you can check it out.
