Additionally, we have infused the lamb with traditional Chinese spices such as ginger, garlic, and Chinese five-spice powder, giving it a distinct Guangxi flavor profile. 2.In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, Chinese five-spice powder, honey, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.

3.Place the lamb leg in a roasting pan and rub the marinade mixture all over the lamb, ensuring it is evenly coated.

4.Roast the lamb in the preheated oven for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F) for medium-rare.

5.While the lamb is roasting, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

6.Once the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
