1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

4.Take half of the meat mixture and press it into the bottom of a greased loaf pan, creating an even layer.
