1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they become translucent.

3.Stir in the sliced bell peppers and diced tomatoes, and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.

4.Sprinkle the paprika, caraway seeds, marjoram, thyme, and bay leaf over the ingredients in the pot. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

5.Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.

6.Remove the bay leaf from the pot and adjust the seasoning if needed.
