Preparation

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Sriracha sauce, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

3.Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

5.Return the shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the ingredients. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until the shrimp are coated in the sauce and everything is heated through.

6.Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
