1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, yogurt, ghee, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Knead the mixture into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

3.Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for a minute.

4.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

5.Add mashed potatoes, cooked peas, and crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix until well combined. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
