1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large bowl, combine the ground almonds, powdered sugar, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into long ropes, about 1.5cm (1/2 inch) thick.

4.Shape the ropes into rings of decreasing size, starting with the largest on the bottom and ending with the smallest on top. Place the rings on the prepared baking sheet.

5.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rings are golden brown. Allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
