Ingredients
In this Tuscan-inspired version of Kubdari, we incorporate Tuscan cheeses such as pecorino and Parmesan, which add a distinct Italian flavor to the dish. Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

2.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, dried oregano, dried rosemary, dried thyme, grated pecorino cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3.Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a floured surface.

4.Spread the meat mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

5.Roll the dough tightly, starting from one of the longer sides, to form a log.

6.Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7.Brush the top of the bread with olive oil.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.

9.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
