Ingredients
In this Ivorian adaptation, we have replaced some of the traditional Serbian ingredients with Ivorian ones to create a unique fusion of flavors. Instead of using pork, we have opted for palm oil to add richness and depth to the stew. Additionally, we have incorporated Ivorian spices such as ginger, garlic, and chili peppers to infuse the dish with a vibrant and aromatic profile. We alse have the original recipe for Kupus na tabak, so you can check it out.
