Treat your ingredients with care...
- Lamb — For tender and flavorful lamb, marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Hand-pulled noodles — If you can't find hand-pulled noodles, you can substitute with fresh or dried wheat noodles. Cook them according to the package instructions before adding them to the dish.
Tips & Tricks
- To enhance the spiciness, add more chili paste or sprinkle some red pepper flakes.
- For a milder version, reduce the amount of chili paste or omit it altogether.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and add it to the dish during the last minute of cooking.
- Customize the dish by adding your favorite vegetables such as bok choy, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
