Ingredients
In the original Croatian version of Lički nabod, the meat is typically marinated in a mixture of oil, vinegar, garlic, and paprika. However, in this adapted Abruzzese and Molisan version, we have replaced the vinegar with olive oil and added Italian herbs such as rosemary and oregano to enhance the Mediterranean flavors.
