Ingredients
In the original Czech Oplatky, the wafer-like cookies are usually sweet and served as a dessert. However, in this Hyderabadi adaptation, the Oplatky are transformed into a savory dish by stuffing them with a spiced minced meat mixture. The addition of aromatic spices and herbs, such as cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves, gives it a distinct Hyderabadi flavor profile.
