Ingredients

In this Polish adaptation of the South African Mealie Greachie, we incorporate Polish spices and cooking techniques to create a unique twist. The original dish typically includes onions, tomatoes, and curry powder, whereas the Polish-style Corn Fritters focus on the natural sweetness of corn and the flavors of Polish spices. The fritters are also pan-fried instead of being cooked in a sauce, giving them a crispy texture. We alse have the original recipe for Mealie Greachie, so you can check it out.
