Ingredients
In this Hamburg-style adaptation, we infuse the traditional Mee Siam with the bold and fiery flavors of Hamburg cuisine. The original dish is typically served with a tangy and slightly sweet gravy, but in this version, we replace it with a spicy sauce that adds a kick to the dish. Additionally, we incorporate Hamburg's love for seafood by including succulent shrimp in the stir-fry. The Hamburg-style Spicy Noodle Stir-Fry offers a unique twist on the original, combining the best of both cuisines. We alse have the original recipe for Mee Siam, so you can check it out.
