1.In a large saucepan, combine the rice flour and water. Stir well to dissolve any lumps.

2.Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

3.Reduce the heat to low and add the sugar, ground cinnamon, ground caraway, ground anise, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

4.Continue cooking the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

5.Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chopped mixed nuts.

6.Pour the Meghli pudding into individual serving bowls or a large serving dish. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
