Preparation

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, mango puree, passion fruit juice, water, and granulated sugar. Mix well until a smooth batter is formed.

2.If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to the batter to achieve vibrant colors.

3.Pour the batter into small, greased molds or silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.

4.Steam the molds over high heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the Namagashi are set and firm to the touch.

5.Remove the molds from the steamer and let the Namagashi cool completely.

6.Once cooled, carefully remove the Namagashi from the molds and decorate with edible flowers, if desired.
