1.In a saucepan, combine the fresh coconut water, sugar, and agar-agar powder. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and agar-agar powder.

2.Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
