1.In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and cornstarch completely.

3.Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes translucent, about 15-20 minutes.

4.Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the rosewater. Mix well to incorporate the fragrance.
