1.In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and heavy cream.

2.Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

3.Stir the chocolate and cream mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

4.Remove the bowl from heat and stir in the orange zest.

5.Allow the chocolate filling to cool slightly.

6.Take a wafer cookie and spread a generous amount of the chocolate filling on one side.

7.Place another wafer cookie on top to create a sandwich.
