1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4.Add the diced tomatoes, red bell pepper, grated ginger, turmeric, and paprika to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5.Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6.Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until well coated with the tomato-coconut sauce.
