Preparation

1.Heat oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.

2.Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

3.Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

4.Add chopped onions and cook until they turn translucent.

5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

6.Add chopped bell pepper and cook for a few minutes until it softens.

7.Add Pav Bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

8.Add mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, and boiled green peas. Mix everything together.

9.Cook the mixture for 10-15 minutes, mashing the vegetables with the back of a spoon.

10.Adjust the consistency by adding water if needed. Simmer for a few more minutes.
