Ingredients

In this Indo-style Pizza Margherita, we will be adding a touch of spice to the traditional Italian recipe. Preparation

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.

    Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

    Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
