In this Indo-style Pizza Margherita, we will be adding a touch of spice to the traditional Italian recipe. We will be using a homemade tomato sauce infused with Indo spices, and topping it with a blend of mozzarella and spicy paneer. 1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.

2.Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

3.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

4.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

5.Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

6.Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle.

7.Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
