1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, sumac, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and line a greased pie dish with it, leaving some overhang.
