Treat your ingredients with care...
- Kangaroo meat — Kangaroo meat is lean and can become tough if overcooked. It is best to cook it slowly over low heat to ensure tenderness. Marinating the meat beforehand can also enhance its flavor.
Tips & Tricks
- If kangaroo meat is not available, you can substitute it with lean beef or venison.
- For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of red wine to the stew.
- Serve the stew with crusty bread to soak up the delicious broth.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated and enjoyed the next day, as the flavors tend to develop further.
