Preparation

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

2.Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, ginger slices, lemongrass, and red chili to the pan. Sauté until fragrant.

3.Add the mixed seafood to the pan and cook until lightly browned.

4.Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well to combine.

5.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.
