Ingredients

In this Chinese Indonesian adaptation, we incorporate the flavors and ingredients commonly found in Chinese Indonesian cuisine. The original Polish dish is transformed by using Chinese Indonesian spices such as ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Additionally, we enhance the meatloaf by adding a filling of sautéed mushrooms, which adds a unique umami flavor and a touch of Chinese Indonesian influence. We alse have the original recipe for Rolada z mięsa mielonego z pieczarkami, so you can check it out.
