  • 1 cup (150g) fried tofu, sliced
  • 1 cup (150g) fried tempeh, sliced
  • 1 cup (150g) roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 2 red chilies, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons petis (Indonesian shrimp paste)
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
