Ingredients
In this Finnish adaptation of the Indonesian dish Rujak petis, we have replaced the traditional Indonesian ingredients like shrimp paste and palm sugar with Finnish ingredients such as lingonberry jam and cinnamon. The original spicy and tangy flavors have been balanced with the sweet and tart taste of lingonberry jam, giving the dish a unique Nordic twist. 1.In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, pears, and mixed berries.
