Ingredients
In this adaptation, we have incorporated Eastern Arabian spices and flavors to transform the traditional Serbian dish of Šaran u rašljama. The original dish typically features carp skewers marinated in Serbian spices and grilled to perfection. However, in this Eastern Arabian version, we have replaced the Serbian spices with a blend of cumin, coriander, and sumac to infuse the fish with a distinct Arabian flavor profile. We alse have the original recipe for Šaran u rašljama, so you can check it out.
