In this Azerbaijani-inspired version of Sauce Chasseur, we incorporate traditional Azerbaijani spices and herbs to infuse the dish with the unique flavors of Azerbaijani cuisine. Additionally, we use beef broth instead of chicken broth to enhance the richness of the sauce.
