Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

2.In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, Pascuense chili powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into two equal rectangles.

4.Divide the sausage mixture into four portions. Shape each portion into a long log and place it in the center of each pastry rectangle.
