1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until golden brown.

3.Add the ground ginger, ground coriander, ground cumin, paprika, and turmeric powder to the pot. Stir well to combine the spices with the onion and garlic.

4.Add the cubed potatoes to the pot and mix them with the spices until they are evenly coated.

5.Pour enough water into the pot to cover the potatoes. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

6.Add the chopped nettles to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the nettles are wilted.
