Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Seafood — Ensure that the seafood is fresh and properly cleaned before adding it to the soup. Overcooking the seafood can result in a rubbery texture, so be careful not to exceed the recommended cooking time.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a chopped chili pepper to the soup.
  • Serve the soup with crusty bread or tortilla chips for a satisfying crunch.
  • Feel free to customize the seafood selection based on your preferences and availability.
  • If you prefer a thicker soup, you can blend a small portion of the cooked vegetables and broth before adding the seafood back in.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The flavors will further develop, making it even more delicious the next day.
